Carolling at Plaza Singapura

With much prodding of Roy and Gary, the Small Garoupers trooped down to Plaza Singapura to participate in some light-hearted carolling as part of a night-long Christmas programme by Wesley Methodist Church. Wesley's involvement was itself a small part of CHRISTMAS; a 10 day event organised by Celebrate Christmas In Singapore (CCIS) that spans from the 15th to the 25th of December 2007. CCIS is an ecumenical organisation that pools resources and talents from participating churches to present a concerted effort towards sharing the real meaning of Christmas.

Enjoy the pics!

Come to think of it, considering that we were all wearing red and that the performers of the Christmas Story were decked up in Wayang costumes, it could easily be mistaken for Chinese New Year!
